20/20 Image Eye Centers - Glendale

This office is amazing! Every time I have gone in, they have been very courteous and professional with me and a lot of the patients there. It is rare to find a lot of staff having the same vibe.

A few weeks ago I posted a review that my new glasses were not as good as expected, then I deleted a few hours later. I received a call from Todd who checked my account and said the system messed up my prescription, so he order me new lenses and they work perfect! They are paying attention to your reviews and do a wonderful job of fixing any issues.

I've been coming here for the last few years now to get my eye exams done and it's always a great experience. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and welcoming and they eye doctor is very kind and professional. The environment of the clinic is quiet and relaxed which is also a huge plus.

Going to the eye doctor is always very nerve-racking. Doctor Lucca and his team were absolutely fantastic and put my mind at ease. I got new glasses and contacts and it’s super exciting to be able to see again. I will definitely be going back and recommending this Office.

2020 Image Eye Center is fantastic in every way, but mostly the staffing and the doctor is absolutely amazing. I recently tried another optometrist and you wouldn’t think they’d be anything to it but I was extremely disappointed in them and will never drift from 2020 Image eye center again.

I went in to get a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses. Jasmine, at the front desk, was very helpful and polite. She helped me with any questions I had and explained everything in detail to me about glasses, warranty, add ons and pricing. Dr. Siegel was very thorough in my eye exam. He explained my eye conditions in detail, and also explained it in a manner that I could understand. Also assured me that my eye condition wasn’t serious and I had nothing to worry about. Very thankful to have both of them assist me and would recommend.
