The front desk ladies were so friendly and professional. As soon as we were done with the paperwork they brought us back. Todd the Tech was so kind and gently with my Grama. He walked her through everything and answered all her questions. Dr Siegel was phenomenal and has a true gift for teaching and explaining things! Everyone gets 5/5 stars we will for sure come back!

The front office staff, facility manager, and Dr. Roberto Luka at 20/20 Eye Center combine professionalism and expertise to provide a pleasant and medically sound experience. From the welcoming atmosphere to the quality of care we receive, the entire team goes above and beyond to help maintain the health of our eyes. I love going to Dr Lucca and his staff is great. I now have the best pair of progressive glasses I've ever gotten. They know their stuff!! Dr. Lucca educates me more on my eye health than any other Dr ever has. I've worn glasses for 53 years

Scheduled a same-day appointment as a semi-emergency situation as the vision in my left-eye was nearing zero. The original primary care referral location could not get me in for another 2 days. Was seen at the scheduled time and within an hour Todd and Dr Siegel had diagnosed the detached retina and set a referral 2 days out for the surgeon who performed the procedure. I liked how I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment. I got there on time and they called me right away. Quality eye screening and efficiency was amazing!

This office is amazing! Every time I have gone in, they have been very courteous and professional with me and a lot of the patients there. It is rare to find a lot of staff having the same vibe.

A few weeks ago I posted a review that my new glasses were not as good as expected, then I deleted a few hours later. I received a call from Todd who checked my account and said the system messed up my prescription, so he order me new lenses and they work perfect! They are paying attention to your reviews and do a wonderful job of fixing any issues.

I've been coming here for the last few years now to get my eye exams done and it's always a great experience. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and welcoming and they eye doctor is very kind and professional. The environment of the clinic is quiet and relaxed which is also a huge plus.

Going to the eye doctor is always very nerve-racking. Doctor Lucca and his team were absolutely fantastic and put my mind at ease. I got new glasses and contacts and it’s super exciting to be able to see again. I will definitely be going back and recommending this Office.
